Feb 28th, 2007 The Mick Shane Rock Show was placed in syndication. The
hosts of the show were Mick Shane and Big Chris. Playing unsigned rock from
artists all over the globe, the show grew quickly within the first couple of months.
April 2007 - Time constraints forced Big Chris to leave the show as co-host, and
he was replaced by KC. KC would prove to be a major factor in the shows immediate
success, as we would gain 7 affiliate stations before the end of September 2007.
One of them being on the FM dial in a major college town demographic! We did have
our ups and downs though. Software and hardware changes were a major factor in some,
not so good sounding shows. But trudging on, and looking forward, we overcame the
problems, and now we are proud of the “Big Studio” sound we have every week.
February 2008 - J Grim came on board , as our official 3rd member. He added to the
show the extra kick we felt we needed to make it more entertaining. We are still
adjusting to having the 3rd person every week, but be assured, we all work well together!
New board and mics are bought and added to the hardware.
June 2008 - KC and J-Grim re-assigned to Guest Co-Hosts due to time constraints.
New studio placed in operation, but still not finished.
June 2008 - The show went Live. Big Chris re-joins the staff as Co-Host.
July 2008 - Beck joins the show as News Producer/Co-Host.
July 2008 - Live Video Feed introduced.
